Neytiri Inspired Waistcloth v1.0
A waistcloth inspired by Neytiri’s battle attire from the third movie; available in 12 colors to choose from.
Required:
– Universal Snowdrop Modloader
This mod is a custom waistcloth for your Na’vi, inspired by Neytiri’s battle attire from the third movie. Available for both body types, in 12 colors to choose from. It can replace either the Guerilla Shorts (Version 1), the Field Waistcloth (Version 2) or the Weaver Waistwrap (Version 3).
The mod uses custom texture paths, so that it doesn’t conflict with other mods or in-game textures.
Works with both Snowdrop and Raindrop.
To Install:
Unzip and move the “blue” folder to the following path (just drag and drop it, the folders inside will align themselves automatically):
if launching the game through Ubisoft Connect –> Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\games\AFOP
if launching the game through Steam –> Steam\steamapps\common\AFOP
To change colors:
1) install the mod
2) open the texture directory* (click folders in order):
blue\baked\dlc_shared_year2\art\character\navi\player\gear\mtx\mtx_g_a2_waist_mmflyjar_override_01\textures
3) rename the file with no parenthesis to something else (it is the “default” texture); for example you can add “1” at the end of its name
4) choose the color you want to use and delete the parenthesis and the color name inside, leaving just the texture name: mtx_g_a2_waist_mmflyjar_override_01_d
!! in the “textures” folder aside from differently colored “_d.dds” files there are also files ending with “_m.dds” and
“_n.dds” – do not delete or rename them, they are neccessary for the mod to function properly !!
* for people with a little experienced with modding the “mtx_g_a2_waist_mmflyjar_override_01” folder name may seem weird, but the mod uses custom texture paths, directing it to exactly this folder, so all is good
