Aleymun’s hair accessories v1

Description
This mod replaces a headguard mod of your choice with Aleymun’s feathers/accessories – it is compatible with mods that change Aleymun’s feather colors, such as feathered hair recolors by elysaaan.
If you are unsure which headguard mod you want to replace, use this guide made by casocki, the headguard mods go by different names, so for you, they might be named something else in game.
Installation
1.Unzip the folder, pick which headguard you would like the mod to replace and then move ‘blue’ to this path:
Ubisoft users: Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\games\AFOP
Steam users: Steam\steamapps\common\AFOP
If you already have a ‘blue’ folder, open up your existing blue folder and the mod’s blue folder, then move ‘baked’ into your existing blue folder. If you already have ‘baked’, repeat the same thing and move ‘characterart’ – repeat until you find a folder you don’t already have.
To find the Ubisoft folder:
1. Go to your library and right click AFOP – select ‘manage’ > ‘properties’
2. Select installation in the list on the left – Installation directory is where your folder is, you can ‘open folder’ here too.
To find the Steam folder:
1. Go to your library and right click AFOP – select ‘properties’
2. Select ‘installed files’ in the list on the left
3. Click ‘browse’, it will open up your directory
Known Issues
– The feathers on the top of the head float with some hairstyles, this is because Aleymun’s hair has more height to it, I cannot fix this as we currently are unable to edit the models themselves.
– In photomode, you might notice black hairbands around the kuru that appear to be broken – I dont know how to fix this right now, the same file that erased some of the funky looking beads also controls these, but these hairbands wont disappear. It is for the most part unnoticeable during gameplay etc.
UPDATE 03/02/2026:
– fixed the second kuru that would appear with the hair, now only your normal hair’s kuru shows.
– fixed the weird beads that would float on top of the head that weren’t initially shown in the photos. Mod now matches photos.
