We’ve all been there. You just got done working your way through your 500th hacking mini-game, when you suddenly think to yourself “Yeah enough of that, I’ll save both my sanity and time by simply turning on the ‘Auto Hack’ feature in the options.” only to then have the grind of the mini-game, instead replaced with the grind of having to sit through a progress bar screen. And this only gets worst as you continue to progress further into the game, with some auto hacks requiring you to stare blankly at your screen for a full 15 seconds, each and every time, while you simply watch the little progress bar do its thing. Well, as a wise woman once said “ain’t nobody got time for that!”
What this mods does:
Makes the auto hacking virtually instantaneous, so you no longer have to sit though another mind numbing progress bar screen again. Also, for those that might actually like the hacking mini-game, but maybe just don’t work well under pressure, this also increases the time you have to complete a manual hack to 60 seconds, regardless of the level of difficulty. So now you can either sit-back, relax, and take your time with a manual hack; or skip that whole thing with an instantaneous auto hack, and get back into the game asap!
Optional ‘Increased SID Booster Stat’ file:
Doubles the effectiveness of the ‘SID Signal Booster’ hacking stat found on some of the equipment in the game. Base game increased hacking distance by 3m, 6m, or 10m. This file increases that further to 6m, 12m, or 20m.
How to Install:
First you will need to download and install the Universal Snowdrop Modloader.
Second, simply download this mod and place the “blue” folder into your games root directory.
